How we work and what it costs

Transparency is important. Here’s how weCohere sustains itself:

weCohere holds two threads: a gift economy for the network, and clear pricing for institutional partnerships. Both serve the same underlying value: that this work should reach the people who need it, and that the people doing it should be sustainably resourced to keep doing it.

For organizations sponsoring their people directly

Built around a specific community: their people, their questions, their shared purpose. This is a sustained container for the kind of relational development that changes how a community thinks, decides, and moves together. Scope, duration, and pricing are shaped in conversation.

All figures are in USD and are working proposals for the first year. As the model matures, and the network deepens, the exchange structure will evolve. Transparency about that evolution is part of the practice too.

For connectors who introduce their communities to weCohere

Participants in referred cohorts receive a discounted rate, 20 to 25% below the standing Inquiry Circle price. A portion of what participants contribute flows back to the referring person or organization as a referral arrangement.

integration circles · Connector track

For partner organizations and connectors

Organizations need invoices and contracts. weCohere provides them. Pricing at the institutional level reflects the value of what is being built: the development of relational capacity inside a community over time, and the manifestation of our collective strength.

Organizational and institutional partnerships cross-subsidize sponsored places in the Circles. This is a circulation model. The people with the most institutional resources sustain access for others.

Clear exchange

For individuals and their communities

Suggested contributions are offered as orientation, not obligation. Give what feels true and right for you, in proportion with what you have and what this is worth to you. Some people will give more. Some will give less. Some will give in other forms: an introduction, a hosting offer, time. The community is the currency.
